EBAX (Excel Business Application Exchange) is a methodology of taking data from a business application, modifiing it in Excel, and then putting the information back. EBAX users simply click a menu item to import CRM or SharePoint data directly to an Excel workbook. When ready, users simply click the “Update Data” menu item and the changes are updated to the server.
This contract renewal is for 1 year of EBAX techinical support and version upgrades for EBAX server keys. When purchasing, enter your EBAX key at checkout.
Support Contract FAQ
Q) What is the Support Contract?
A) An EBAX license comes with a 1 year support and upgrade contract. This support and upgrade contract provides EBAX customers with new versions of EBAX and technical support. To access new versions and support after the initial year, the support and upgrade contract will need to be renewed on an annual basis. The cost of the support and upgrade contract is 20% of the current cost of the EBAX license.
Q) Why do I need the support contract?
A) The most valuable piece of the support and upgrade contracts are upgraded versions of EBAX. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our product.
Q) I would like to renew my contact, but don't have my EBAX key.
Q) My support contract has expired and I need technical support. What do I do?
A) In this situation you can receive technical support 1 of 2 ways. The first is to purchase a new EBAX key. This will give you a new support and upgrade contract for one year. The second is that we can provide technical support at an hourly rate.
Q) How many support licenses renewals do I need to purchase?
A) A support license is required for every type of key purchased. For example if 1 server license and 10 additional licenses (2 Five User Packs) are initially purchased, you will need to purchase 3 support renewals (one server key and two five user pack keys)

A) We need to know which key you are extending support for.
Q) Do I need to pay for each renewal separately?
A) No. You can put all of the renewals into 1 shopping cart. At checkout you will need to provide all of your keys (separated by commas)
