A new windows security feature is to block contents of zip files. To use EBAX, the zip file must be unblocked before unzipping. To unblock right click on the zip file and go to properties. Click the unblock button located at the bottom of the window.

If you are using EBAX with CRM online, the unique organization name is no longer located within the URL. To find the unique organization name, go to settings->customization-> Developer Resources
