My View List is Empty
Install Windows Identity Foundation Services. You mighy need to you reboot your machine. The download can be found on the Microsoft site: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17331

There is a security issue when installing EBAX.
Make sure you "unblock" the EBAX zip file before extracting the files.

The new views I created don't appear in EBAX.
Select the CRM Tab in EBAX. Then select the Refresh Cache button. Then the All Entities option.
