To improve performance in EBAX. EBAX will Cache information about CRM Entities, CRM Views, SharePoint Lists, SharePoint Views. Because of this, new or changed Entities, Lists, Views will not contain the current Metadata information in EBAX.

To Update your Cache in EBAX for CRM. Under the CRM tab, Select the Refresh Cache button. Then select the appropriate option.
